Using up Bonus Bucks

  • Sure Max deodorant $4.49, used $2.50 coupon (from previous rebate) and will submit for TMF rebate = $2.50 profit
  • 2 Finesse shampoo/conditioners $1.50 each, used two $0.75 coupons (5/17 SS) = FREE
  • 3 Healthy Choice lunch meats $1.99 each (clearance price), used two $1 coupons (5/17 Parade) = $3.97 or $1.32 each *I would have used a third coupon but it would've made my total negative
  • 10 La Yogurt yogurts $3.88 or $0.38 each
  • America's Choice milk $1.19
  • America's Choice noodles $1.29
  • Used two $5 catalinas, total was $0.91
Let me tell y'all, I'm really getting pretty sick of shopping lately, but I have all these rewards that keep expiring on me! These catalinas expired tomorrow, so I needed to put them to good use. I have a bunch more A&P catalinas, but they are all rainchecks that don't expire for a while, so there's no rush to use them up. I also have some Walgreens RR's that are expiring on 5/29, so now I have to figure out a plan to use those up. Sometimes shopping is such hard work!

i wanna feel bad for ya, but all the jealousy of all the catalinas you get is creeping up again lol!

Seriously, it is hard work. I had a 10.00 ECB expire on me sunday. I ran in monday to get my favorite manager to let me use it anyway. The curse of having 2 cards. I don't know how you do it.

Shopping is hard work- but fun sometimes. Good luck spending all those bonus bucks.

The Scotch tape is 2/$3 at WAGS until 5/30. I've also been buying 9pk Quilted Northern t/p (used $1 Q). HTH

It really is work! Planning the deals, getting your coupons ready, going to the stores and hunting for the items, keeping track of the rewards. Sometimes it gets overwhelming.

I agree, it can be fun too.

I have so much tp lately from all the free Marcal coupons that I hate to buy any more. I have a couple ideas, we'll see what the stores have in stock. Thanks for the tip about the Scotch, that would be a great filler.

Just got back from WAGS & they had the Big scotch tape rolls clearanced to $1.69. Check the stationery aisle. The whole aisle was clearanced.

Ooh thanks! I'll check that out on my lunch break. I'm going to call you my Tip Meister! :)

I know it is hard work and very tiring, but I do wish I could get some of the deals you get. Living in a rural area does hurt when you wanna shop! My gas prices are creeping up again. :(

I've noticed gas is going back up again too. I think that tends to happen in the summer, right?
