Burning RR's

Walgreens
  • 5 Tuf trash bags $2.99 each with in-circular coupon
  • Dr. Scholls Exfoliating Lotion $6.99, used $5 WAG coupon (from monthly coupon book) = $1.99
  • Twix $0.59 - clearance price
  • Used $2 RR and five $3 RR's, total was $2.01

Since there's nothing that I really want next week, I'm going to use up most of my RR's this week and then take a break. I hardly ever see free deals on trash bags, so I don't mind blowing some RR's on them. I really wanted the Tuf knock-off of Force Flex bags, and even though they were the right size, the coupon didn't work on them. I tried the Dr. Scholls stuff and I like it! You rub the lotion on until it almost dries, and then it flakes off with your dry skin. Kinda gross, but I like it.

Thanks for the tips. One can always use trash bags and I don't like to spend money on those types of things!!! Rather buy cute shoes!!

hey, are the Tuf trash bags any good? you and ericka both buy them as fillers at wags and i was wondering how they compare to the brand names...

Kittyvillain,
I think they're pretty good. I like the trash bag ones, versus the white ones because they're a bit thicker.
