At another store
- Celsius Green Tea (4 pack, 12 oz) $3.99, used $2 coupon and got back $3 RR = $1.01 profit *Was going to use this towards a $5 Heineken NBPR rebate on a four pack energy drink but the package doesn't actually say its an energy drink so I don't think I'll risk wasting the rebate form.
- Noxzema Triple Blade Disposable Razor (4 pack) $3.99, use $2 coupon (5/23 RP) and get back $3 RR = $1.01 profit
- Airplus Aloe Infused Socks for Her $3, got back $3 RR = FREE

- Celsius Green Tea (4 pack, 12 oz) $3.99, used $2 coupon and got back $3 RR = $1.01 profit
- Noxzema Triple Blade Disposable Razor (4 pack) $3.99, use $2 coupon (5/23 RP) and get back $3 RR = $1.01 profit
- 2 Tostitos $2.50 each - was hoping to buy socks or Blistex but this store was out of both. I'll use these towards a Newcastle NBPR rebate for $10 WYB $15 of snacks. It only occured to me after I'd done this transaction that I can either submit for the chips or the energy drink rebate, not both. I figure I'm better off buying another Celsius.
- $15 gift card
- Used three $7.50 RR's, total was $2.04
- 3 Aveeno sham/cond/stylers $6.49 each and one Aveeno Ultra Calming lotion $6.99, used two $1.50 coupons (can use three, I only printed enough to use two) and one $2 coupon, got back $10 EB (Limit 1) and will submit for $10 rebate = $1.46
- Used $1 EB, $2 EB, $2.97 EB, $4 EB, $5 EB and $5 EB, total was $3.34

Sounds and looks like you had a great shopping day! :o)
I just noticed in your scenarios you buy gift cards. I was thinking about that this morning. You can't use RRs to pay for GC, right? But if you buy other stuff, can you use your RRs first (so they attach to the items) and then coupons (which would effectively take the coupon amount off the GC purchase)? Is that right? Or is this what you were talking about in an earlier post about being lucky that your mgr lets you purchase GCs with RRs?
Heather,
I certainly did!
Cynthia,
The RR's attach to other items or the gift card itself and will count towards the cost of the gift card.
OK. So I have $70 to burn. Can I buy 2 $25 GCs and some miscellaneous items and use the RRs to pay for it all?
Cynthia,
If your stores allow it, you sure can! You'll need an item to match up with each RR you want to use. The gift cards will count as items. Good luck!
