All That She Wants...

...is another baby, she's gone tomorrow boy. All that she wants, is another baby. Yeah! Remember this one? I'm not sure if its a conspiracy, but lately, all I seem to hear on the radio is Ace of Base - what's up with that? If you'd like to take a little trip with me down memory lane to 1993, let this one jog your memory. Ready for more? :) I shouldn't joke too much. I'm not ashamed to admit that a certain sophomore Ace of Base album still lives among my CD collection. And moreover, I like it. Try to listen to this without bopping around in your seat. Just don't get too caught up in the awesome, technologically-groundbreaking video. I dare you.

This store only had a handful of papers and I didn't want to completely wipe them out so I headed up the street to Quik Check to get the rest. I picked up three papers and went to checkout. I don't tend to carry a lot of cash on me and I only had $3 in my wallet. I planned to use my debit card and get some cash back, but of course, the machine was broken. The papers are $1.25 each so I could only afford to get two. I felt a little silly, I have to say.

But then I came home to find a Star Ledger waiting for me. I didn't think my trial subscription would start so soon so that was a nice surprise. :)

Hi frugalsuz;
I went to a make and take at my favorite craft store yesterday, and some of the folks were discussing a quickie project - which was to cover those mini composition (your photo made me think of it) books with nice scrapbooking paper. I know you do a little scrapbooking, so I thought I'd mention it. Thanks again for all your great deals!
Aloha, hitenney

spaghetti,
Don't worry, I haven't. :)

hitenney,
That's such a cute idea!

Angie,
Hmm, you're right! Although I checked my receipt and its says - Amount towards Reward $10, Amount Needed for Reward $10. So...its at least limit 2 in my area. I'd suggest buying $10 worth of Glade at a time and checking your receipt to make sure you haven't gone over the limit.

Wow...I haven't heard any "Ace of Base" songs in forever! However, "Don't Turn Around" does stand out in my mind because it was popular around the time my DH and I got married! :)
