Ok, so in a nutshell, there was a lawsuit against the Dannon folks for false advertising. If you purchased this yogurt previously, you can read all about it and submit a claim form
here to get $15-$30 back (no receipt necessary). If you purchased more than $30, you'd have to provide a receipt.

Strange detail. The site specifies that "You’re a Class Member and may be eligible for a payment if you purchased, not for resale purposes, the Products in the United States at anytime up until April 23, 2010." It's a little odd that the date on that is after the settlement has been announced.
Hmm, that is really weird!
Maybe the reason the date is after the settlement has been announced is because they have bought advertising blocks until that date. So they can't pull the ads and they will still run until that date falsely advertising. That's the best I can come up with my knowledge of TV advertising limited to super bowl commercials.
Oh that makes sense, I bet you're right.
