Sobe It!

I had to go into NYC today for a meeting.  Getting into the city, finding the right bus/train/whatever, hauling ass across town, the whole thing just stresses me out.  I hate the crowds, the smells, the rush of it all.  After the meeting was done and I headed back home, I could feel myself relaxing with each passing mile.  Its so nice to be home!


ShopRite

• 10 Lipton/Sobe Drinks $1 each, got back $10 catalina (WYB 10) = FREE
• Total was $10.63

Word is that this catalina rolls!  There was some speculation since the circular says limit one.  I'm drinking the fruit punch Sobe right now and its delicious!  


Rite Aid - did this on the same card as yesterday

• 3 Foster Grant Spare Pair Reading Glasses $9.99 each and BOGO 50% off sale, first was $9.99, second was $4.99 and third was $7.99 (20% discount), got back two $15 UP's ($15 UP WYB 2, Limit 4) = $7.03 profit
• 4 Act Mouthwashes $3.99 each ($4.99 reg price, 20% discount), used four $1 coupons (these beeped, 1/15 SS *Expire 2/14), got back two $4 UP's ($4 WYB 2, Limit 4 offers) = $3.96 or $0.99 each
• Used two $15 UP's and $4 UP, total was $4.09

Got back $20 UP for spending $100 on the Buy & Save promo!

Then I started working on DBF's card -

I'm trying to keep my out of pocket cost as low as possible.  So with each transaction, I'm going to buy an additional $7+ of whatever so I can use two $15 UP's.  What a great way to get a bunch of items that aren't normally on sale or things I need!
