My New Favorite Thing
Melanie's Pepperoni Pull Bread for dinner and man was it good! I don't have a bundt pan, so I just smushed the lovely bits of dough into a baking pan, brushed with extra virgin olive oil mixed with some garlic powder and Italian seasoning and popped into the oven. It took about 40 minutes to cook and was worth the wait. The next time I make this (and there will be a next time), I'm going to use more cheese. I used one bag of shredded mozzarella and between the two balls of dough, it wasn't quite enough. Laid out in the pan like this, it reminds me of monkey bread, Italian style!
