Target Deal

Target

  • Carefree Original Pantiliners (60 ct) $2.99, used $1 coupon (3/18 SS)
  • 2 Stayfree Ultra Thin Pads (18 ct) $2.89 each, used $2 off 2 coupon (3/18 SS)
  • Total was $6.08 and got a $5 Target gift card (for buying three items).  I'll also send away for a $5 rebate WYB 2 Carefree (30 ct or higher), Stayfree (any size) or ob items.  This is a yellow peelie rebate (with purple writing) that I found at CVS.  Its valid from 4/1 - 6/15.  That makes this deal a $3.92 profit!
I bought a second set of Carefree/Stayfree items to use towards a second rebate.  I also found a clearanced Nordic Ware icing spatulas - down from $9.99 to $2.98.  I'm pretty sure this is a clearance item from Easter so as with any clearance deal, you may or may not find it in your stores.

Thanks for posting this. I ended up doing the giftcard deal three times - a little modified, because I'd used my $1 Carefree Qs already, but had some 50-cent ones left. But I also had a $1/1 Stayfree from a sample mailer I received a while back, so that was nice. I've stocked up on feminine hygiene for a while, what with that and the free Kotex tampons at Walgreens, lol. Perfect, because I hadn't seen free pads anywhere for the past year.

I only have one of the $5 rebate forms from the Carefree package, but will hold onto my receipts in case another one falls across my path. I also looked through the $20 in Qs on the Carefree packages later when I went to Walgreens, but none of them were very exciting for the types of things I buy, so I was happier to have gotten the $5 one and some 50-cent Carefree coupons on the packages I bought.

K,
The deals are drying up a bit, aren't they? I wasn't very impressed by the pack of coupons on the box either, but you never know when something might come in handy.
