Walgreens, oh lovely Walgreens. You have redesigned your packaging on diapers to a purty green package, which means all these older white packages just gotta go. Thank you for clearancing them! And double thank you for also releasing a $2 diapers coupon at the same time!I saw these diapers clearanced yesterday when I was on a peelie hunt (see my 2/13 post for details on upcoming deal), but didn't think much of them. Then as I was drifting off to sleep, thinking happy thoughts, a wonderous idea popped into my head. "frugalsuz - you just found a $2 WAG diaper coupon the other day! Do you think it would work on these clearanced diapers? That's an excellent question self! We shall have to try it!" And try it I did....(and yes I do sometimes talk to myself in third person. Don't you?!?)
- Walgreens diapers - clearanced to $2.24 (down from $8.99), used $2 WAG coupon for diapers (found in Infant Care booklet, pic here) = $0.24 each!
Then off to Rite Aid for some glucosamine for my hunny. I was planning on using $3 coupons (2/6 RP) but spotted the $5 peelies on some of the more expensive bottles. They're good on any variety so I used those instead.
- 2 Flex-a-Min Glucosamine $14.99 each, BOGO sale, used two $5 peelie coupons and got back $2 UP (WYB 2) = $2.99 or $1.49 each
- Used $4 in UP's, total was $1.26
- Physician's Formula Organic Wear 100% Natural Jumbo Mascara $10.99, used $3 peelie coupon and $3 off $10 cosmetics CRT coupon and will submit for $10.95 rebate (must include TMF sticker to qualify) = $5.96 profit
- Used $5 EB (adjusted down to $4.99), total was $0.21

You are too funny...same thing happens to me, the sweetest deals materialize in my head while in bed. Thanks for sharing...now off to Walgreens (today) for some more neuragen & diapers ;)
If I bought 5 of these would I need 5 coupons or did it just take off $2 per pack with only one coupon like other Wags coupons?
Heading off to Walgreens today - hoping I can find the Infant Care Booklet - have Baby #2 coming in April. Would love to stock up on the cheap.

You just need one of the coupons. It will automatically take off $2 for each pack of diapers you buy.
You find the BEST deals. I went yesterday looking for peelies and didn't find any. All of the wags diapers were in green packages. I'm going to go to a diff store today. Wish me luck!! Thanks again for the heads up!!!
3 stores, no Infant Care booklets & only green "purty" diapers :( I asked at all 3 stores and they haven't seen them...odd
And 2 of the stores had NO Neuragen but they had the OS Juice...I was happy.

I also appreciate the Garnier moisturizer shout out. Even though I searched high and low for the high value coupons unsuccessfully, I was able to use my discount, the in-ad coupon and a $1 MQ for a pretty good deal. Not as good as yours, but....
Look for 75% off on various nail grooming items and specific makeup items. Good deals to be found there too.
Lastly, I was hoping my store would be out of the Betty Crocker stuff and they were. One store wouldn't honor the monthly up into the rain check because the items weren't properly signed (their fault). However, the other RA did give me a rain check for the items as free after various ups. I get the items for free and don't have to spend the UPs later. Win/win.
