Swimming in Tugaboos

Back for more at Rite Aid, my card first -
  • Tena Underwear $11.99 (thought this was going to ring up $12.99 so it threw off my transaction a bit), used $1.50 coupon (8/1 SS), will submit for TMF rebate (10/3 SS) and got back $3 UP = $4.50 profit
  • 2 Tugaboos Diapers $0.79 each ($0.99 reg. price, 20% Wellness discount), used two $1 coupons (found inside package) = $0.42 profit
  • Huggies Jumbo Pack Little Snugglers Diapers $8.99, used $2 coupon and got back $3 UP = $3.99
  • Loofah $1.59 ($1.99 reg price, 20% Wellness discount)
  • Candy Bar $1
  • Used $5 off $25 coupon, $1 UP, four $2 UP's and $3 UP, total was $2.65, overall profit $3.34
Then on DBF's card -
  • Tena Underwear $12.99 (this one was the sale price - isn't that weird?), used $1.50 coupon (8/1 SS), will submit for TMF rebate (10/3 SS) and got back $3 UP = $4.50 profit
  • 2 Tugaboos Diapers $0.89 each ($0.99 reg. price, 10% Wellness discount), used two $1 coupons (found inside package) = $0.21 profit
  • Huggies Jumbo Pack Little Snugglers Diapers $8.99, used $2 coupon and got back $3 UP = $3.99
  • Loofah $1.79 ($1.99 reg price, 10% Wellness discount)
  • RA Foil $1
  • Used $5 off $25 coupon, four $2 UP's and $3 UP, total was $5.05, overall profit $2.94

Most of my stores have run out of the trial size Tugaboos :( I really count on those to round out a deal!

Connie,
Oh no! For me, its just always a treasure hunt finding where the store has stashed them. Why can't they be in the same place each time?

Courtney,
haha nope! But I am stockpiling diapers for someday. They're so expensive!

Where do you find the trial size Tugaboos?

I have yet to find them in my store. But, mine should be called "Booze Aid" and not "Rite Aid", 'cause the booze is always fully stocked...

Mary,
Its tough to say, because each store seems to put them in different spots. I'd check the diaper aisle first, sometimes they're hanging from a display there. If that doesn't work, check the end caps or look for a basket of them somewhere in the store. You can certainly ask the cashiers as well, but in my experience, they usually don't know where they are either. Good luck on your tugaboos hunt!
