Indulge Me

Its been a very long day.  I started out feeling great, pumped full of energy but then work sucked all the good juju right out of me.  I should have known better, its Monday right?  Oh well, work can't keep me from my shopping!  That always perks me up.  Here's the damage for the day - 

Rite Aid - there's really no strategy involved in what I bought today, so I'm going to make one big ol' list

• 3 Playtex Sippy Cups $4.79 ($5.99 reg price, 20% discount), used $2 coupon  and $4 circular coupon = $1.21 profit on each
• 3 Playtex Pacifiers $3.99 ($4.99 reg price, 20% discount), used $4 circular coupon = FREE
• Arm & Hammer Crystal Burst Laundry Detergent Capsules $5.59 ($6.99 reg price, 20% discount), will send away for TMF rebate (peelie found on package) = FREE
• RA Cotton Swabs (500 ct or 500 + 100 bonus pack) $2.39 ($2.99 reg price, 20% discount), used $2 circular coupon = $0.39 
• Kushyfoot Microfiber Crew Socks $3.19 ($3.99 reg price), used $3 circular coupon = $0.19
• L'oreal Revitalift Clinical Repair 10 $24.99, used $1 coupon (1/29 RP) and $5 RA coupon (Feb. Video Values) and two L'oreal Youth Code Cleansers $6.39 ($7.99 reg price, 20% discount) and $3.99 (BOGO50% off sale this week), used two $3 coupons (1/22 RP), got back $10 UP (WYB $30, Limit 2) and will send away for $10 rebate (WYB $30) = $3.37

CVS - got a $3 Revlon cosmetics CRT today so I put that to good use

• Revlon Eyeshadow $5.49, used $3 CRT and got back $4 EB (Limit 1) = $1.51 profit 
• 2 Softsoap Bar Soaps (4 pk.) $3.50 each, used two $1.50 coupons (2/12 SS) and got back $5 EB (WYB 2, Limit 1) = $1 profit
• Gold Emblem Jelly Beans $0.99, got back $0.99 EB (Limit 1) = FREE
• Used $6.99 EB, total was $1.43, got back $1 EB for using green bag tag

Then on a separate card (also got the Revlon CRT on this one):

• Revlon Eyeshadow $5.49, used $3 CRT and got back $4 EB (Limit 1) = $1.51 profit 
• 2 Softsoap Bar Soaps (4 pk.) $3.50 each, used two $1.50 coupons (2/12 SS) and got back $5 EB (WYB 2, Limit 1) = $1 profit
• Freeman Facial Anti-Stress Mask $3.99, used $0.75 peelie coupon and will send away for TMF rebate (valid until 12/31/12) = $0.75 profit
• Used $1 EB and $6.99 EB, total was $3.14

ShopRite - just realized that I only spent $23.75 on the Kraft stuff but the catalinas printed anyway (supposed to spend $25).  We tried the Italian Parmesan Kraft Fresh Takes kit last night on some chicken - DELICIOUS!  I can't wait to try the other varieties.  Its basically just bread crumbs and cheese, so not something I'd "pay" for though.  


The indulgence spreads were tricky to find.  I finally had to ask CS - they were with the jello in my store.  

• 4 Philadelphia Indulgence Chocolate Spreads $2.69 each, used four $1 coupons (2/26 SS), 1 Kraft Milk Bites $2.99, used $1 coupon (2/26 SS) and four Kraft Fresh Takes $2.50 each, used four $0.75 coupons, got back $20 in Munch Mania catalinas and $4 Kraft catalina = $11.25 profit
• 4 Joy Dish Detergents $0.99 each, got back $3 catalina (WYB 4) = $0.96 or $0.24 each

Price Chopper 

• 2 Olay facial cleansers $3.99 each, 2 Olay Quench body washes $6.99 each and two Series Care shave gels $2 each, used two BOGO coupons (buy cleanser, get BW free, 3/4 P&G) and two $0.55 Series coupons (2/5 RP) = $9.78 - will send away for $10 Price Chopper prepaid gift card rebate = FREE
• 2 Barber Chicken Cordon Bleus $3 each, used two $1 coupons (2/26 SS) and two $1 doubler coupons from circular = $2 or $1 each
• Total was $15.06
