Happy 4th of July Everyone!

CVS - this store had some gardening/outdoor stuff clearanced 75% off!
  • Watering Can $2.49 ($9.99 regular price)
  • 3 Miracle Gro All Purpose Plant Food $1.49 each ($5.99 regular price)
  • 2 Oral-B Advantage or Cross Action Toothbrushes $3 each, used two $2 coupons (7/3 P&G) and got back $2 EB ($1 each, Limit 2) = FREE
  • Oral-B Pulsar Toothbrush (1 pk) $5.99, used $3 coupon (6/5 P&G) and got back $3 EB (Limit 2) = FREE *Couldn't figure out why I only got back one $3 EB when I bought two brushes - the cashier only rang up one! It accepted my second $3 coupon with no problem though. Very strange
  • Hershey Air Delight Candy Bar $1.19, used FREE CRT (got today - scan those cards at the scanner) = FREE
  • Raincheck from last week - RepHresh Brilliant pH Tampons (18 ct) $6.79, used $1 coupon and got back $7 EB = $1.01 profit
  • Used $1 EB, $3 EB, $5 EB and $5.99 EB, total was $1.11
Rite Aid
  • Crest Pro Health Rinse or 3D White Rinse $4.99, used $2 coupon (6/5 P&G) and will get $4.50 (SCR #5) = $1.51 profit
  • Gillette Fusion ProGlide Power or Manual Razor $8.79 ($10.99 reg price, 20% Wellness discount), used $4 coupon (6/5 P&G) and got back $5 UP (Limit 2) = $0.21 profit
  • Mitchum Women's Deodorant $3.19 ($3.99 reg price, 20% Wellness discount), used $2 RA coupon (RA emailed this to me) and will get back $1 (SCR #3, Limit 4) = $0.19
  • Luster Whitening Toothpaste (2.6 oz) $5.59 ($6.99 reg price, 20% Wellness discount), used $1.50 coupons and will get back $4 (SCR #84) = $0.09
  • 2 Ruffles $3.19 ($3.99 reg price, 20% Wellness discount) and Herr's Potato Stix $0.79 ($0.99 reg price, 20% Wellness discount)
  • Used $3/$15 survey coupon, $1 UP, $5 UP and $10 UP, total was $2.65
I've been wanting to try Mitchum, so $0.19 sounded pretty good to me.

Walgreens
  • 2 Tostitos $1.99 each with in-circular coupon, used two $0.55 WAG coupons (5/22 SS) = $1.44 each
  • Margarita Mix $4.99
  • Total was $7.87 - paid with gift cards from a previous rebate. I'll use the Tostitos and the chips from RA towards a $7 Budweiser NBPR on $14 of various stuff
Staples - these two transactions used up the last of my Staples Rewards. I've been feeling burned out lately, so its a relief to roll these rewards into rebate money and not have to worry about "having" to shop any time soon.
  • Staples Photo Supreme Matte Finish Photo Paper (8.5 x 11 inch, 50 pk) $14.99, will get back $14.99 Easy Rebate (Limit 1) = FREE
  • Note Pad and Index Cards $1 each
  • Used $16.20 Staples Rewards, total was $0.85
Then with the rewards in my name, I got:
  • Staples Photo Supreme Matte Finish Photo Paper (8.5 x 11 inch, 50 pk) $14.99, will get back $14.99 Easy Rebate (Limit 1) = FREE
  • Omnitech 9 Sheet Shredder $19.99 - couldn't manage to bring this upstairs along with all the other goodies I bought
  • Used $10 and $16.20 Staples Rewards, total was $9.39
My shredder died over a year ago and I've been on the hunt for a replacement since then. Its not a big shredder, but it should be ok.
