Almay spend $20, get $7 SCR. There's a $3 in-ad Q, so it might be a good deal.
There was a $5/5 Kelloggs cereal Q not too long ago. If you buy 5 boxes at WAGs & use the $5/5 Q, you'll end up paying $2.50/5 or 50c each (not sure if Q is good on all cereals)

On the OraMoist - the regular price is $10.99, so the $6.99 is a sale price. On the rebate directly from the company it says in the fine print that you can't receive the $1.50 rebate from them on items that are on sale.
Just an FYI to you. I was looking up coupons last week for this item and I found that same rebate from the company. I was disappointed to see the exclusion of sale items, because I need to try this product.
Still, will only be $1 for me after SCR, so I can live with that.

Pubbler - that Almay deal may work out to be pretty good. The circular coupon is good on blush, concealer and powder only, and I think those items are usually on the higher end of the cosmetic line so we'll see how it goes.
