My Face will be Super Clean

Rite Aid
  • 2 Olay Regenerist Face Washes $6.39 ($7.99 reg price, 20% discount), used two $7 in-circular coupons = $1.22 profit
  • 2 eclos Face Masks $12.99 reg price, $10.39 with 20% sale price this week, used two $5 coupons (9/9 SS) and got back $10 UP (WYB $20, Limit 2) = $0.78 or $0.39 each
  • Used three $3 UP's, total was $2.91
Repeated the same transaction with one Olay at another store.  

 CVS - had some expiring EB's to use up.  I have so many razors, I really don't need any more but who can pass up moneymaker razors?
  • 2 Gillette Venus Razors $7.39 each, used two $3 coupons (8/26 P&G) and got back $10 EB ($5 EB for each, Limit 6) = $1.22 profit
  • Used $5 EB, total was $4.81
Bought another on a card that had a 25% discount - 
  • Gillette Venus Razor $7.39, used $3 coupon (8/26 P&G) and got back $5 EB (Limit 6) = $0.61 profit
  • Trident Gum $0.99
  • Used $1 EB and $2 EB, got $1.63 25% discount, total was $1.15.  Overall profit - $0.85
Staples
  • 2 Staples Multipurpose Papers $6.99 each, used two $3.99 coupons and will get back $6 Easy Rebate ($3 each, Limit 2) = FREE
  • Total was $6.42 with tax
Watch your coupons carefully.  I gave the cashier one coupon and even though it said limit two, it only took $3.99 off one ream of paper.

    I just got the paper at Staples this morning. Gotta love that easy steal!

    I can't believe you can still find the Blue Venus razors! All my stores are cleaned out :(

    I have tons of paper but I figure what's the harm in getting a couple more? They won't go bad and they're free!

    That's one advantage to having a long commute to work - I cover a lot of shopping ground. :) I hope you're able to find some more! You could always get a raincheck too.

    The staples coupons do say limit 2. The problem is they have to scan the coupon twice (one for each ream). I have the had the same thing happen and noticed immediately. They returned everything and started over (scanning the coupon twice). I now just print 2 copies each time and give them to the cashier and they ALWAYS give me the 2nd one back and scan the first one twice.

    I think its listed in the circular as limit one, but folks found out during the week it was higher.

    That's so strange. I didn't notice until I had already paid so I had return and rebuy. You would think the coupon would come off twice automatically, wouldn't you? Weird.
