I had a coupon for a pillow today!
Target

• Physician's Formula Shimmer Strips Eyeliner/shadow/highlighter thingie $7.99, used $5 peelie coupon and will submit for Try Me Free rebate = $5 profit
• 2 Pillows $2.54 each, used two $1.50 coupons (click on Coupons at bottom) = $1.04 each
• 4 Solar Lights $3 each, used four $2 coupons = $1 each
• Total was $10.05

RiteAid - was looking for clearanced John Frieda, but no luck so I came up with this scenario on the fly.

• 2 Giovanni Shampoos $8.99, BOGO sale and will submit for Try Me Free rebate (hangtags found on bottles) = two for FREE *These bottles didn't have the TMF tags, but I'm hoping I can find them separately
• Always Pads $2.99, used $1 coupon (3/7 P&G) and will get back $1 (SCR #51) = $0.99
• RA storage bags $2.79
• John Frieda Frizz Ease Shampoo $6.49, used $1 RA coupon and $3 coupon (3/7 SS) = $2.49 *This will now qualify me for $6.49 (SCR #4). This rebate covers the cost of a JF Frizz Ease styler WYB a sham/cond. The picture in the monthly booklet includes a picture of a different variety of JF, even though that wasn't included. I bought the styler previously and when it didn't qualify for the rebate, I returned it. The sneaky thing about the SCR's is that unless you enter in the receipt info for the return, the system doesn't pick up the return.

At another store, I did almost the same thing for DBF's account

One of the few Acme locations near me is closing down! They had signs posted everywhere that the store is closing and almost everything was 50% off. I poked around but there was very little left and the store was mobbed.
